Do you work with general contractors and builders?
Constantly — most of our work is repeat business from GCs, builders and developers. We join at budget stage with design-build input, carry the electrical scope through permits and inspections, and keep your schedule honest.
Do you offer service agreements for stratas and property managers?
Yes. Scheduled maintenance, priority service calls, common-area and parkade lighting, and documented inspections — one agreement, one invoice cadence, one number for your tenants' electrical issues.
What does your civil division cover?
Streetlighting and duct banks: trenching coordination, duct installation, wire pulls, bases and poles, terminations and inspections — for subdivisions, municipalities and site developers.
Do I need a permit for a panel upgrade in BC?
Yes — panel and service upgrades require an electrical permit and inspection. We pull the permit and book the Technical Safety BC inspection on every qualifying job, so the paperwork your insurer wants is complete.
Can you design custom LED lighting?
It's a specialty. Cove and millwork lighting, backlit mirrors, feature walls, saunas, exterior architectural lighting — designed with you or your interior designer, then wired and dimmed properly.
How fast can you attend a service call?
Service-agreement clients get priority response. For everyone else we're honest about the schedule when you call — and because we start at 7 AM, mornings move fast.
